(فإن قال: زوَّجتُكَ) ابنتي أو نحوها (ولك هذا الألف بألفين؛ لم يصح؛ لأنه كَمُدِّ عجوة) ودرهم بمُدِّ عجوة ودرهم؛ لأنه بيع ربوي بجنسه، ومع أحدهما من غير جنسه. وانظر هل يبطل النكاح، أو التسمية فيصح ولها مهر المِثل؟ فصل
