كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن كان نقصه) أي: الصداق (بجناية جانٍ عليه) كما لو كان عبدًا، ففقأ إنسانٌ عينَه (فله) أي: للزوج (مع ذلك) أي: مع أخذ نصف العبد (نصف الأرْش) لأنه بدل ما فات منه.
