كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن أبرأته من نصفه) أي: الصداق (أو وهبته) أي: نصف الصداق (له، ثم طلَّقها) الزوج (قبل الدخول؛ رجع في النصف الباقي) لأنه وجد نصف ما أصدقها بعينه، فأشبه ما لو لم تهبه له.
