(وكذلك لو أسقط) السيّد (عن المُكاتَب القدرَ الذي يلزمه إيتاؤه إياه) وهو الربع (واستوفى) السيّد (الباقي) من مال الكتابة، فلا رجوع للمُكاتَب عليه، وتقدم في الكتابة .
