(وإن خالعها) قبل الدخول (بمثل جميع الصَّداق في ذِمَّتها، أو) خالعها (بصداقها كلّه؛ صحّ) الخلع؛ لصدوره من أهله في محله (ويرجع عليها بنصفه) وسقط عنه الصداق؛ لما تقدم.
