(فإن فعل) بأن سلَّم الزوج الصداق لأبيها أو غيره (وأنكرت) الزوجة (وصوله) أي: المهر (إليها؛ حلَّفها الزوج) إن أحبّ ذلك (ورجعت عليه) لأن الأصل عدم وصوله إليها (ورجع) الزوج (على أبيها) أو غيره بما دفعه له؛ لعدم براءته بدفعه إليه.
