(فالنكاح صحيح) في جميع هذه الصور. (ويجب مهر المِثْل) لأنها لم تأذن في تزويجها إلا على صداق، لكنه مجهول، فسقط لجهالته، ووجب مهر المِثْل (بالعقد) في الضربين؛ لأنها تملك المطالبة به، فكان واجبًا كالمُسمَّى؛ ولأنه لو لم يجب بالعقد لما استقر بالموت.
