(وإذا افترقا في النكاح الفاسد، قبل الدخول، بطلاق، أو موت، أو غيرهما) كاختلاف دِيْن، ورضاع (فلا مَهْر فيه) لأن المهر يجب بالعقد، والعقد فاسد، فوجوده كعدمه، كالبيع الفاسد.
