(فإن وطئها) الزوج (مُكرَهة) قبل دفع الحالِّ من صداقها (لم يسقط به حقُّها من الامتناع) فلها بعد ذلك منع نفسها حتى تقبض الحالَّ منه؛ لما تقدم؛ لأن وَطْأها مُكرَهة كعدمه.
