(وإن قبضته) أي: الصداق (وسَلَّمت نفسها، ثم بان) الصَّداق (معيبًا؛ كان لها مَنْع نفسها) حتى تقبض بدله أو أرْشه؛ لأنها إنما سَلَّمت نفسها ظنًّا منها أنْ قَبَضَت صداقها، فتبيَّن عدمه.
