(ويُقبل قول امرأة ثقة في ضيق فَرْجِها) أي: الزوجة (وعَبالة (٣) ذَكَره، ونحوه) أي: كقروح بفرجها، كسائر عيوب النساء تحت الثياب. (و) يجوز للمرأة الثقة أن (تنظرهما) أي: الزوجين (وقت اجتماعهما للحاجة) أي: لتشهد بما تشاهد.
