(وله) أي: الزوج (إجبارها) أي: الزوجة (ولو) كانت (ذِمّية ومملوكة، على غُسل حيضٍ ونِفاسٍ) لأنه يمنع الاستمتاع الذي هو حق له، فملك إجبارها على إزالة ما يمنع حقه.
