(وتُمنع) أي: للزوج منع الزوجة (الذمية من دخول كنيسة وبِيعة) فلا تخرج إلا بإذن الزوج. (و) له منعها من (تناول محرَّم، و) من (شرب ما يُسْكِرها) لأنه مُحَرَّم عليها.

و (لا) تُمنع مما (دونه) أي: دون ما يُسْكِرها (نصًّا (٤) ) لاعتقادها حِلَّه في دينها
