(وإذا بات) الزوج (عند إحداهن بقُرعة، أو غيرها) برضًا أو غيره (لزمه المبيت) في الليلة الآتية (عند الثانية) من الزوجات (إن كُنَّ اثنتين) ليحصل التعديل أو تدارك الظلم، ولم يحتج لإعادة القُرعة.
