(فإن اتَّخذ) الزوج (لنفسه مسكنًا) غير مساكن زوجاته (يدعو إليه كلَّ واحدة منهنَّ في ليلتها ويومها، ويُخْلِيهِ من ضَرتها (١) ؛ جاز) له ذلك؛ لأن له نَقْل زوجته حيث شاء بمسكن يليق بها.
