(ويُستحبُّ) له (التسويةُ بينهنَّ) في القَسْم؛ ليكون أطيب لنفوسهن (و) عليه (ألَّا يعضُلَهُنَّ إن لم يُرِدِ الاستمتاعَ) بهنَّ، فلا يمنعهن من الزواج.
