(وإذا احتاجت الأَمة إلى النكاح، وَجَبَ عليه) أي: السيد (إعفافُها، إما بوطئها، أو تزويجها، أو بيعها) لأن إعفافهنَّ وصَونهنَّ عن احتمال الوقوع في المحظور واجب.
