(و) إذا تزوَّج (ثيّبًا، ولو أَمَة) أقام عندها (ثلاثًا) لعموم ما يأتي؛ ولأنه يُراد للأُنس، وإزالة الاحتشام، والأَمَةُ والحُرَّةُ سواء في الاحتياج إلى ذلك، فاستويا فيه، كالنفقة.
