(فإذا قَدِمَ) من سفر (بدأ بالأخرى، فوفَّاها حقَّ العقد) لأنه حقٌّ وجبَ لها قبل سفره لم يؤدِّه، فلزمه قضاؤه، كما لو لم يسافر بالأخرى معه.
