(وإن أراد) من زُفَّت إليه امرأتان معًا (سفرًا (١) ) بإحدى نسائه، فأقرع بينهن (فخرجت القُرعة لإحدى الجديدتين؛ سافر بها، ودخل حقُّ العقد في قَسْم السَّفَرِ) لأنه نوع قَسْمٍ يختصُّ بها.
