(فإن تزوَّجها بعد) ذلك (قضى لها ليلتها) لأنه قدر على إيفاء حقِّها، فلزمه، كالمُعْسِر إذا أيسر بالدَّين (ولو كان قد تزوَّج غيرها بعد طَلاقها) لأن تزوُّجَهُ بغيرها لا يُسقط حقَّها.
