(وإن خافت امرأةٌ نشوزَ زوجها، وإعراضه عنها لكِبَرٍ، أو غيره) كمرض أو دمامة (فوضعت عنه بعض حقوقها، أو) وضعت عنه (كلَّها) أي: كلَّ حقوقها (تسترضيه بذلك؛ جاز) لأنه حقّها، وقد رضيت بإسقاطه
