(وإن تَخالعا هازِلَين بلفظ طلاق، أو نيَّته؛ صح) الطلاق لما يأتي (وإلا) بأن تخالعا هازِلَين بغير لفظ الطلاق، ولا نيته (فلا) يصح الخلع، لخلوِّه عن العوض (كبيعٍ. ولا يبطل إبراءُ من) خالعت زوجها على براءتها له ثم
