(ولو قال) الزوج لزوجته: (إذا جاء رأسُ الشهر فأمرُكِ بيدكِ؛ ملك إبطال هذه الصفقة) لأنه وكالة، وهي جائزة، وليست من تعليق الطلاق في شيء، إلا أن ينوي به الطلاقَ، على ما يأتي بيانه في آخر الكنايات في الطلاق.
