(قال) الإمام (أحمد (١) : ولو جعلتْ له ألف درهم على أن يُخيِّرها) فخَيَّرها (فاختارت الزوجَ لا يردّ) الزوجُ (شيئًا) من الألف، لأنه فعل ما جاعلته عليه، فاستقرت له.
