(وإن تخالع كافران بمحرَّم، ثم أسلما، أو) أسلم (أحدهما، قبل قبضه؛ فلا شيء له) أي: الزوج المخالِع؛ لأنه عوض ثبت في ذِمَّتها بالخُلْع، فلم يكن له غيره بعد الإسلام، وقد سقط بالإسلام، فلم يجب له شيء.
