(ويحرم أكله) ؛ لأنه جزء من الميتة، فيدخل تحت قوله تعالى:{حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةُ}.
و (لا) يحرم (بيعه) على رواية طهارته كسائر الطاهرات.
