(فلو فسَّره بمحتمل) أي: بما يحتملُ عدم الوقوع (أو نوى أنَّ هذا سببُ طلاقك) في زمان بعد هذا الزمان (قُبِلَ) منه ذلك (حكمًا) لأنَّ لفظَه يحتملُه، ولا مانع يمنعه.
