(و) إن قال: (ما أحلَّ الله عليَّ حرام، أعني به الطلاق؛ تطلُقُ) لأنه صريحٌ بلفظ الطلاق (ثلاثًا) لأن الطلاق معرَّف بالألف واللام، وهو يقتضي الاستغراق.
