(وكذلك الحكم إن جعله) أي: أمرها (في يد غيرها) أي: الزوجة، بأن جعل أمرها بيد زيدٍ مثلًا، فله أن يطلِّقها ثلاثًا، ما لم يفسخ أو يطأ؛ لما تقدم.
