(وإن جعله) أي: الخيار (لها على التراخي) بأن قال: اختاري إذا شئتِ، أو متى شئتِ، أو متى ما شئت، ونحوه (أو قال: لا تعجلي حتى تستأمري أبويكِ ونحوه، فهو على التراخي) لحديث عائشة .
