(ولو عتق) عبد (بعد طلقتين) لم يملك ثالثة (أو عتقا) أي: العبد وزوجته الأمة (معًا) بعد طلقتين (لم يملك ثالثة) لأنهما وقعتا مُحرِّمتين، فلم تنقلبا غير مُحرِّمتين.
