(وإن قال) لزوجته: أنت طالق (بعدد ما طَلَّق فلان زوجته، وجهل عدده) أي: عدد ما طَلَّق فلان زوجته (فطَلْقة) لأنها اليقين، وما زاد مشكوكٌ فيه.
