(وإن) قال لمدخولٍ بها: أنتِ طالق، أنتِ طالق، أنتِ طالق، و (نوى بالثالثة تأكيد الأولى؛ لم يُقبل؛ لعدم اتصال التأكيد) فتقع الثلاث، حيث لم يقصد تأكيد الأولى بالثانية. (وإن أكد الثانية بالثالثة؛ صح) التأكيد (وقُبِلَ) منه، فيقع ثِنتان؛ للاتصال.
