(وإن قدم) زيد (بعد شهرٍ وساعة) من حين التعليق (وقع الطلاقُ البائن) لوجود شرطه (دون الخلع) فلا يصح (وترجع بالعوض) لأنا تبيَّنَّا أنها كانت حينه بائنًا بالطلاق.
