(ولا يُمنع) إذا عَلَّق طلاقها كذلك، وقلنا: يحنث عند موت أحدهما (مِن وطئها قبل فعل ما حلف عليه) أي: قبل الحنث؛ لأنها زوجته وإن عزم على الترك.
