(ولو قال له) أي: لعبده (إنْ حَلَفت بطلاق امرأتي فأنت حُرٌّ، ثم قال لها) أي: لامرأته: (إن حَلَفتُ بعتق عبدي فأنتِ طالق؛ عتَقَ العبد) لوجود الشرط، وهو الحَلِف بطلاق امرأته.
