وإن قال) لزوجته: (إن أمرتُكِ فخالفتني فأنتِ طالق، فنهاها) عن شيء (وخالفته) فيه (لم يحنث) ولو لم يَعرف حقيقة الأمر والنهي؛ لأنها خالفت نهيه لا أمره (إلا أن ينوي مُطْلَقَ المخالفة) فيحنث بمخالفة النهي؛ لأنها مخالفة.
