(و) إن قال: (أنتِ طالق لرضا زيد، أو) لـ (ـمشيئته؛ طَلَقت في الحال) لأن معناه: أنت طالق؛ لكونه قد شاء ذلك أو رضيه، وكقوله: هو حرٌّ لوجه الله، أو لرضا الله، وكذا لدخول الدار.
