(فإن قال: أردتُ الشرطَ؛ دُيِّن) لأنه أعلم بمراده (وقُبِلَ حُكمًا) لأن ذلك يُستعمل للشرط، كـ: أنتِ طالق للسَّنَة، أو لقدوم زيد، أو لغدٍ، ونحوه، فلا تطلق حتى يوجد.
