(فإن لم تره) أي: الهلال (حتى أقمر) وقد نوى حقيقة رؤيتها؛ لم تطلق (أو عَلَّقه) أي: الطلاق (على رؤية زيدٍ) الهلال، وقد نوى حقيقة رؤيته (فلم يره حتى أقمر؛ لم تطلق) لأنه ليس بهلال.
