(و) لو قال: (إذا رأيتِ فلانًا فأنت طالق، وأطلق) فلم يقيد رؤيته بشيء، لا لفظًا ولا نيةً (فرأته ولو ميتًا، أو) رأته (في ماء، أو زجاج شفاف؛ طَلَقت) لأنها رأته حقيقة.

و (لا) تطلق (مع نيةٍ أو قرينةٍ) تخصص الرؤية بحالٍ، إذا رأته على خلافها.
