(فلو كان في فمها) أي: الزوجة (رُطَبةٌ) أو تُفَّاحة، أو نحوها (فقال: إن أكلتِها، أو ألقيتِها، أو أمسكتِها) بكسر التاء فيهن (فأنت طالق) ولا نية ولا قرينة ولا سبب (فأكلت بعضًا وألقت الباقي) أو أمسكته (لم يحنث) لأنها لم تأكلها، ولم تلقها، ولم تمسكها.
