(وإن) حلف: لا يأكل شيئًا مما اشتراه زيد، و (اشترى غيرُهُ شيئًا، فخلطه بما اشتراه) زيد (فأكل) الحالف (أكثر مما اشتراه شريكه) أي: شريك زيد (حَنِثَ) وجهًا واحدًا لأنه يعلم بالضرورة أنه أكل مما اشتراه زيد، وهو شرط الحنث.
