(ولو اشتراه) زيد (لغيره) بولاية أو وكالة، فأكل الحالف منه؛ حَنثَ؛ لأنه أكل مما اشتراه زيد (أو باعه) أي: باع زيد ما اشتراه (حَنِثَ) الحالف (بأكل) منه؛ لأن بيعه له لم يرفع شراءه إياه، فصدق أنه أكل مما اشتراه زيد.
