(وإن نوى الإخبار بكميته) أي: بعدده (من غير نقص ولا زيادة) حَنثَ؛ لأنها لم تفعل ما حلف عليه (أو أطلق) فلم ينو شيئًا مما سبق من الأمرين (حنثَ؛ لأنه حيلة) والحيل غير جائزة لحلِّ اليمين.
