باب الشك في الطلاق] (وهو) أي: الشك لغة: ضدُّ اليقين. واصطلاحًا: تردُّدٌ على السواء، والمراد (هنا: مُطْلَق التردُّد) سواءٌ كان على السواء، أو ترجح أحد الطرفين.
