(وإن قال: هذه أو هذه) طالق (بل هذه) طَلَقت الثالثة، وإحدى الأوّلتين. (أو قال: طلَّقتُ هذه أو هذه، وهذه؛ طَلَقت الثالثة) لجزمه بطلاقها (و) طَلَقت (إحدى الأوَلتين) لأن "أو" لأحد الشيئين، فتخرج بقرعة.
