(ولا يصح تعليقها) أي: الرجعة (بشرط، فلو قال: راجعتُكِ إنْ شئتِ، أو: إن قَدِمَ أبوكِ فقد راجعتُكِ، أو: كلَّما طلقتُكِ فقد راجعتُكِ؛ لم يصح) التعليق؛ لأن الرجعةَ استباحةُ فرجٍ مقصود، أشبهت النكاح.
