(وإن راجعها فِي الرِّدّةِ من أحدهما) أي: أحد الزوجين (لم يصحَّ) الارتجاع، كالنكاح (وهكذا ينبغي أن يكون) الحكمُ كذلك (فيما إذا راجعها بعدَ إسلام أحدهما) فلا تصحُّ رجعتُها إذا طَلَّقها ثم أسلمت أو أسلم، ولم تكن كتابيّةً.
